Review

There are a ton of Happy Hours within Broadway at the Beach, but I am almost done with getting a review for all of them. Surprisingly I had not yet gotten the Happy Hour for Yamato's, a Japanese hibachi steakhouse that has been around ever since I had moved here. The reason behind no review until now was because there was no Happy Hour for several years. Being left out of the fray Yamato's now has a really good Happy Hour if you are a sushi fan. Most of their Nigiri (those are the individual pieces) and Maki (those are the rolls) are 30% off regular price. There is a lot of basic rolls, but you can also get rolls like the Rainbow or Futomaki off at the same discount. The bar area is not too big and I think it is more of a waiting area for all of the hibachi tables, but if you can get a spot you can get some good sushi at a great price and some decently discounted beverages. the only problem is that it lasts from 4:30 til 6pm, not allowing much time if you want the discounts. If you can get to Yamato's for Happy Hour though then expect to get one of the better deals you can find at Broadway at the Beach.
