Tripps Restaurant wins this dubious distinction at quite a suprise I might add. There are a few places at Broadway At The Beach that aren't the cheapest in the world, but they redeem themselves with excellent Happy Hours. Tripps unfortunatley does not go down the same path as they have no food specials and minimal drink specials. The drink specials they do have really only set the price to a regular price at most other places. I figured since the prices were on the high side that I'd be getting high quality food, but the appetizer sampler I had was just average. Tripps does have a very nice looking bar area, that would benefit from a good Happy Hour, but they strike out in almost all areas.
