I was looking for a restroom inside the Avista Resort and saw a menu with an ad for Happy Hour inside the elevator for the Tree Top, so I had to go see what they had while I was there. They have a nice bar there with a view of Ocean Blvd from the 4th floor. Granted if the view was of the ocean the place would have been even better, but it's still a nice place nonetheless. The bartender was very friendly and helped me out with finding info about Happy Hour from places within the area. The food is all from the menu of the Just Off Main restaurant that is also in the Avista and is a bit pricey but they half off deals on the appetizers will make it worth your while. If you are staying at the Avista or nearby I would go to Tree Top Lounge for the Happy Hour or for any sports as they have several TVs and a projector screen.
