First off, Toppers has a tremendous view as you can see along the ocean and all along the beach going south. The owner and bartenders are all cool people so that definitely adds to the atmosphere. The food menu may seem like just another ordinary menu, but there are some real quality items on there with many of the hoagies being homemade. The Happy Hour is pretty good with $5 appetizers and 40 cent wings and about 50 cents off on the alcohol. Toppers gets over looked many times since it's the last stop along Shore Dr, but it is a very quality hotel bar that is worth a visit.
