The Barrel

I have been to The Barrel a few times and there Happy Hour is getting better and better each time I stop by. It ended up being a nice place and has a better interior than most places. There are a few pool tables and a couple of TVs, but not nearly enough to make it a great sports bar, but still quite good. Everyone in there seemed to be a regular, but they were very all friendly. It is a place you can go and just sit back and relax and not worry about any "drama" or incidents throughout your visit. They have a nice selection of beers on tap, and they have a revamped menu that is all at good prices. Happy Hour prices are middle of the road, but they daily specials seem like the best deal. It would be a good place to stop by later on also because of the bands that stop by and to catch some of their all night specials.
