Ok let's try this once again with Tavern in the Forest as they are now on what seems like their 200th owner since they've opened. Ok, it hasn't been that many, but this place may have been named the same, but it has taken on many changes since it first opened, and that was only about two years ago. Fortunately for all of us, this owner seems to have got it right. They havet wo big beautiful bars, one on the inside and one on the out and lately there has always been a good crowd. The menu is all brand new and all the sandwiches are named after subdivisions in Carolina Forest and River Oaks which is a nice idea. They have made some really good improvements to their Happy Hour as they now have it on the weekends and have also added a food menu for Happy Hour in addition to their daily specials. I implore anyone to go to Tavern in the Forest now that it seems like the place is on the right track.
