I can do that because Surfside Live and It's Beer 30 have the same owner, the same Happy Hour, and are across the street from each other. I had been to Surfside Live before, but never made it over to Beer 30 and both are pretty much the same type of bar. They have mostly all locals during the off seasons and they both get a good biker crowd when the season picks up. Beer 30 is where all the food is made though, so you can order something from Surfside Live and they will bring it over from there, not sure how all that works. Let's get to the matter at hand, the Happy Hour. The prices are already pretty cheap so they discount is just 50 cents off whatever they got. It is simple and straightforward, much like the bars themselves. If you want to try another local hangout in Surfside than I'd give these places a try, they always have a good crowd and always have nice people, so I'd say it's worth a try for anyone.
