There was no Happy Hour... Duh! Luckily for all of us, they have changed ownership and the friendly new owners were smart enough to add a Happy Hour. They have a small plate menu at the bar that is mostly half off during Happy Hour and the food here is prett tasty. The food changes daily at times, so if you go through the whole menu you can always come back and try something new when they switch things up. The whole place is beautiful and is worth the trip just to check out the decor. Sea Blue is one of the best high end Happy Hours you will find anywhere.
