Ron Jon's Beer & Burgers is always going to be an excellent choice to go to for Happy Hour. The food specials won't be mistaken for fine dining, but they are some of the cheapest deals in town, so you can't complain too much. Having the $1 drafts is always a crowd pleaser as is having $2 House vodka & rum. Ron Jons is split off into two different bar areas with one smoking and one non. The non smoking side usually fills up first with the bigger crowds migrating to the other side which has the pool tables, games, and stage for late night shows. If you like the bigger crowds, or a little more peace and quiet then you essectially have your choice for both. Most locals and tourists have already stopped by Ron Jon's, but if not then it is a place you will probably want to check out while you're on the Grand Strand.
