In the several years I have been down here Remedies has a few different owners and has changed its look several different times. Well, it seems as if they have nailed it this time around as they rate one of the highest on my website. Where to start? Well how about free food at Happy Hour, and it's not like they set it out and let it sit there, you have to order it. If you aren't in the mood for the free food of the day then the plethora of $3.50 apps should appease you along with numerous daily specials. Drinks are very cheap for HH with the domestic at $2, and the imports while not at Happy Hour come in at a reasonable regular price. The bar has been renovated to a horseshoe shape for more seating with it feeling more spacious as well. Remedies also has a covered deck out back that is heated in the colder months. It is also now a smoke free establishment which has pleased many customers. All the food is homemade, as their motto is "get restaurant food at bar prices" Remedies may not wow you in certain areas, but scores solid in all areas and should be a stop for anyone looking for a new Happy Hour.
