For close to 5 years I never really knew where Marlin Quay was, I had heard about it and always thought it was by the Graden City Pier, Little did I know that it was much much further south on Waccamaw Dr when I finally stumbled upon it. The first thing I noticed was the view which overlooks the inlet making for great views especially of the sunset. The bar is on the small side and this can be a popular place, so I was lucky it wasn't too busy on the day I went in. There really is no menu at Marlin Quay, but they serve food on Wed, Thu, and Sun on the very good steak nights. A full buffett of homemade sides is put out as well if you order up any food. Drink prices were surprisingly good considering the great setting the place has with a pretty good discount on most items. I highly suggest you don't make the same mistake I did and definitely seek out Marlin Quay Bar next time you're in Garden City.
