Iassured him this giant building that used to be a buffet had a Happy Hour and we needed to see what they had. What Phillips has is the simplest Happy Hour I have come across. Everything is $3.... ok well not everything, but everything that they have a discount on is only 3 bucks. The bar is sectioned off far away from the dining area which I tend to like since it doesn't feel like a waiting area like some other restaurants. The small Happy hour food menu is good with the Crab Cake Slider beeing the best item. The menu prices are not that bad at all, but the drink prices after Happy Hour are a bit ridiculous. Philips Seafood isn't exactly the quaint hole in the wall bar that some may be looking for, but they do offer a solid Happy Hour.
