I had tried to go there once before, but couldn't make it in because their bar area was full, but it doesn't take much for the bar to get full as it is right by the entrance and isn't too big. Other than that fact I have to fully recommend Parson's Table for Happy Hour with their awesome food and great deals. The 25% off on all apps is a good deal with highlights for me being the Brie and Smoked Salmon. The deal that takes the cake during Happy Hour is 2 bucks off all alcohol. That means you can get an import bottle for only 1.75, which I believe is the lowest for an import bottle that you can find on the beach. Having Free Mimosas and Bloody Marys during their popular brunch isn't going to drive anyone away either. If you can get a spot at the bar and don't mind the location of where you're sitting then the Parson's Table is another place you'll have to add to your list for Happy Hour spots.
