I am glad I took their advice because it is a nice change of pace type of place in Little River which is dominated by much older bars. I'm not quite sure what the building used to be, but they put a lot of work into Papis, making it into a nice bar/restaurant. The menu is a bit on the small side, but everything on there is great and homemade, plus it all comes at a good price. I had to try some of the $1 tacos and I wasn't disappointed. Papis has some good drink specials with $1.75 Bud Lt's and a low low price of $2 on house liquor. It also helps that everyone that works there are friendly and good people. I really enjoyed Papis and will have to start going up to Little River more now that they have a new solid place to grab a few beers and get some good food.
