You cannot get much closer to the North Carolina border for Happy Hour than if you go to papa's pizza in Little River. This pizza/Italian restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall that is attached to the Lowes shopping center there is a small bar that serves as more of a waiting area for takeout orders as the restaurant is the emphasis of Papa's. I would easily dismiss a place like that, but it is hard to do considering the great Happy Hour deals that you can find. All of the apps are half off and it is quite a lengthy list at 24 different items. If you are not in the mood for apps, the pizza is pretty good too. The beer mugs may be on the smaller side, but getting it at half off is still a great deal especially since you can get Blue Moon for that cheap price as well. If you are in the far reaches of Horry County or on your way too Wilmington and want to go to one last place before you enter Non-Happy Hour North Carolina, then Papa's Pizza will be your last and best option.
