I would have never thought to go to Nakato for Happy Hour because I though it was just a Japanese Hibachi place and nothing else. They recently added to their sign out front saying they had a Happy Hour, so you know I had to stop in and check it out. In addition to their hibachi tables they have a decent sized sushi bar and a regular bar within there. Their Happy Hour only runs Sunday through Thursday from 4 til 6 which is a bummer because they have some pretty good food specials especially if you're a fan of some of the basic sushi rolls or tempura. Having domestic bottles at only $1.99 is always going to get on my good side and they also have low sake prices if you like it. Nakato Happy Hour may be a bit on the short side, but it provides another solid place to go to along Restaurant Row.
