Mr Fish has been well known by locals and tourists alike through the years along the Grand Strand. It was in a small location, but still had the popularity of a place you might see on Diners Drive-Ins & Dives with its great seafood dishes and sushi specialties. Mr Fish decided to expand to accommodate the volume of people that it was receiving and moved a building that has housed several failed restaurants. You can tell right off the bat that Mr Fish will not go the same way because the new and great looking location is much larger, but there is still a long wait to get a seat or a table. Since this location has a large bar and lounge area it also provides a Happy Hour. The $5 Happy Hour food menu may seem like the same old staples, but Mr Fish provides it in different and much more quality ways. The drink specials are ok and there will be several rotating craft beers to choose from on draft along with a cocktail of the day special. If you have not yet been to the new Mr Fish, you should go and if you have already been you should go again.
