Everyone has their own favorite sushi spot and Lil Tokyo does have some good unique choices, while I can't say it's the best, it's still some good sushi. For Happy Hour, there is one food specials with the buy 2 get 1 free special on rolls, so you'll have to bring a friend that likes sushi if you want to take advantage of that. They do have some nice discounts on drinks with most beer prices being very reasonable. The Happy Hour only runs until 6pm and isn't on the weekends, so it is not the most convenient Happy Hour in the world, but Lil Tokyo still provides a sound sushi destination if you're in or around the Coastal Grand Mall.
