Ok this is not what I was expecting at all, when I thought of the name Joe's Bar & Grill I was thinking that it would just be some hole in the wall. Boy was I ever wrong... Joe's Bar & Grill is actually an extremely nice restaurant up in North Myrtle Beach that has tremendous food, what they don't have is any semblance of a Happy Hour with a pulse. The Happy Hour is only if you ask for it in the small bar area that is essentially a waiting area for when the dinig room is full. The is only 50 cents off on a few things so it really isn't worth asking for. Go to Joe's for a great dinnner with an awesome menu, but go elsewhere for Happy Hour.
