There are two Island Bar loactions along the Grand Strand and both of them have differing Happy Hours and atmospheres. The Island Bar in Pawleys Island is one of the few sports bars in the Pawleys area and has three separate bars with an upstairs bar with more TV's which opens around 6pm, the downstairs bar gets the earlier crowd and the patio area and bar is ideally for great weather days or whenever there is live music. There is a $5 Happy Hour food menu that accompanies some good deals of f the alcohol. The craft draft beers are a newer addition and can rotate seasonally. Pawleys Island is known for having plenty of really good restaurants, bistros, and cafes so the Island Bar is a refreshing change of pace that provides a great all-around bar and live music venue for the area.
