They have recently switched over ownership and are now owned by the same people that have Marlin Quay in Garden City. The Happy Hour only applies for the upstairs lounge and not the restaurant downstairs. As is common with new ownership there is a new Happy Hour. The food specials are gone, but that shouldn't deter you from still checking out the new menu and good food that they offer. They have a lounge menu for the menu with good prices on a lighter fare. There is always a good handful of locals in this location and I don't the spot losing its tag of being a locals favorite. Charleston Cafe under its new ownershisp is well on its way to keeping up to the standard and is well worth the visit.
