One of the newest additions to Broadway at the Beach this summer was Good Time Charley's. They have been open for several months now, but did not have a Happy Hour until recently, so I'm glad they got with the program. Good Time Charly's seems to have already built a decent following along Celebrity Square as the patio area was always filled up for people watching purposes and to enjoy the weather. GTC's provides a very good draft beer selection as it is usually rotation throughout the seasons to accommodate all the new craft brews and at Happy Hour you can get them at a reasonable price of $4. The big problem I see with GTC is the food prices, having appetizers at $9 to $11 and burgers at $11 to $14 is what you might come to expect at a fine dining restaurant, but this has a bar atmosphere and while the food is good it is not THAT good. Luckily, there are some food options at Happy Hour and the beer prices are ok. Good Time Charly's provides a solid atmosphere and great beer selection, but if they just dropped those food prices a tick lower they'd really have an overall quality place.
