Review

The Market Common has been around for a few years now and with it came several new places to eat. The clear cut favorite amongst everyone throughout the years seems to be Gordon Biersch Brewery. Gordon Biersch is always be a popular place to be seen along the Grand Strand with a young and trendy crowd during Happy Hour and later on into the evening. There is no denying the nice style of the bar and the large outdoor seating area. I had to try some of the home brewed beers with the Scharzbier being my favorite. They offer the three other domestic beers, but they come at the same price as the other beers, so you might as well stick with the in-house brews. There are no bottled beers, so that hinders the score a bit especially if you don't like draft beer. There are pretty good deals on the Happy Hour food with a wide arrange of sliders, flatbreads & other apps. The regular prices are on the high side with house liquor at a steep price, along with most of the menu. I would check out the Market Common if you haven't yet and it will be easy to find Gordon Biersch since it will be the place that is jammed packed and you should sneak in there if you get a grab a seat.
