Not many people know that Kingston Plantation is open to the public, so you are free to go in there and check out any of the bars and restaurants. The only place in Kingston Plantation that has a Happy Hour however is the Fisheye Grill located in the Embassy Suites. It is an elevated bar that looks over the pool area and an amazing beach view, so there is not much to complain about in that department. The normal prices are on the high side, but that to be expected with almost any hotel bar that overlooks the ocean. The daily Happy Hour makes up for that fact a bit by bringing the prices back down to a normal level. The menu is nothing amazing, but everything I've had there to snack was all good. The bartenders are all friendly and the Fisheye Grill is altogether a relaxing place to hang out at and is a definite recommendation for anyone trying to scope out a new beach/pool bar to relax at.
