Filet's is a longstanding place on the north end that usually has a pretty good crowd for Happy Hour. The crowd is on the older side during the fall and winter months, but it gets younger once spring and summer hits. The cabana bar outside by the opens up and all Happy Hour deals apply for outside as well. The Happy Hour itself at Filets is good, the menu prices are on the higher side, but a Happy Hour menu that registers at $5. I went with the mussels and wasn't disappointed at all. There is also a sushi bar at Filet's that is also quite good. The lack of draft beer is no fun, but for you wine drinkers there is an extensive wine list. If you're looking for a crowd at Happy Hour then I'd suggest going to Filet's if you're not a regular there already.
