The problem was that Filet's is ALWAYS packed for Happy Hour no matter what day or what time of the year. I try to go into a place when its a bit slower so I can get all the info from them without pulling them away from their normal duties. The popularity dictates the atmosphere rating in this case because so many people seem to really like Filet's. The crowd is on the older side during the fall and winter months, but it gets younger once spring and summer hits. The cabana bar outside by the opens up and all Happy Hour deals apply for outside as well. The Happy Hour itself at Filets is very good, the menu prices are on the higher side, but once you get 50% off you're getting a great deal. I went with the mussels and wasn't disappointed at all. There is also a sushi bar at Filet's that is also quite good. The lack of draft beer is no fun, but for you wine drinkers there is an extensive wine list. If you're looking for a big crowd at Happy Hour then I'd suggest going to Filet's if you're not a regular there already.
