Collector's Cafe has been one of the top notch fine dining restaurants along the Grand for an extended period of time.The Happy Hour there has fluctuated throughout the years from having it one day a week or not having it at all, but it has now settled on having a decent little Happy Hour 5 days a week. The bar itself and the bar area are very small and getting a seat can be a chore at times. It is worth the wait as you can check out all the cool artwork that is displayed throughout the entire restaurant. The Happy hour food is very non traditional and there are some awesome items to try like the Salmon Cake and the Beef Bulgogi. Drinks come in at a very decent price and they have a huge wine list to choose from where you can get anyhtong for 20% off. Collector's is a great restaurant and I am not that cheap that I will not pay regular price on the great food, but if you ever get a chance to get a seat for Happy Hour, then definitely take advantage of the great prices while you can.
