Collector's Cafe has been one of the top notch fine dining restaurants along the Grand for quite some time and I did not think there was a Happy Hour there until recently when they posted half off all apps on Thursdays. Well I knew I had to go check it out, but I ran into a bit of a snag; everyone else wants to check it out as well since the food is so good there. The bar itself and the bar area are very small and no seats were available on the two attempts I tried to make it in one night. With Happy Hour long past I was able to get a spot to get a review. While the place looks great inside, this inconvenience ac present a problem, so it might be best to have a backup plan. As for the Happy Hour, like I said the deal on the food is only on Thursdays, but there are some awesome items to try like the Pan Seared Scallop Cake and the Filet of Beef Carpaccio. Drinks come in at a very decent price and they have a huge wine list to choose from. Collector's is a great restaurant and I'm not that cheap that I won't pay regular price on the great food, but if you ever get a chance to get a seat on a Thursday for HH, then definitely take advantage of the great prices while you can.
