Ok this is what I like to see, a bar improving their Happy Hour by leaps and bounds and City Bar has done that. I can't really call City Bar a bar since it is more of a fine dining place than anything else, but they have made great improvements since my original review nonetheless. As you can plainly see they are now half off on all of their appetizers and small plates which is quite an extensive list. The food at City Bar is always going to be great as I hope to make my way through the entire Happy Hour menu soon. The Tuna Tataki is going to be my favorite so far. They chage their menu every two months so there are always going to be new things to try. All house liquors are only at $2.50 and they use a very high end house, in addition all wines by the glass are at half off which seems like a great deal as well (I'm not a wine drinker). City Bar also provides a nice relaxing atmosphere and isn't a place you'd want to go to if you're going to get too crazy. However, I do suggest anyone who hasn't been or hasn't visited in a while to go to City Bar and get in on their great new Happy Hour.
