You probably will not find a large base of locals because of this fact. However, this does not make it a bad place to hang out. Cheeseburger has one of the best group of bartenders along the Grand Strand and I have never had a bad time when I have gone there. Whenever I go I will get the awesome mini cheeseburgers which are always a safe bet. (note: if anyone asks "do you guys have cheeseburgers here?" they should be slapped. The major downfall is the prices at Cheeseburger are a bit steep for my liking, but if they can get those prices from the tourists then more power to them. There are better choices for purposes of Happy Hour, but Cheeseburger in Paradise will be a fun time whenever you stop by.
