I hadn't been back to The Causeway in about 3 years, so I knew it was time to get an update of the place. I'm glad I went in because their have been some significant changes even though the look and atmosphere still have stayed the same. The place is huge with plenty of seating, a large bar area, and a stage for bands The crowd usually rolls in later on in the evening when the live music starts to kick in. As for The Causeway's Happy Hour, it has gotten better since my last visit with some Happy Hour food items and some decent drink specials. The elimination of the draft beer is never good in my book, but you can't win them all. Causeway is a place you might want to check out if you're in Garden City, but you might want to wait until later on in the evening to get its full effect.
