Category 5 Bar & Grill is a bar along Ocean Blvd that used to be called Spanky's not too long ago. It is established as a local bar on the north end, as there is always a good sized crowd there for Happy Hour. I have been there during different times of the year and it has always had a good crowd. There are two different sections to the bar with one being the bar area and the other side being more of a game room with darts, pool tables, air hockey and other arcade games. The Happy Hour at Category 5 isn't quite as good as it used to be as it was when it was Spanky's, but that is a trend I have been noticing a lot lately with the economy the way it is. Even so, Category 5 is well worth checking out especially if you are looking for a new local hangout that is close to the beach and also a late night spot, as the crowd will pick up even more later on in the evening.
