When I lived up north we never had a Carrabba's Italian Grill so I had never been and it took me close to 6 years to finally go to one down here. I am always hesitant about Italian chain restaurants since I grew up in an Italian household and had my fair share of the real deal growing up. I was glad to see that Carrabbas is pretty good and oh yeah by the way all liquor is half off at Happy Hour, even the high end stuff. That obviously will put a smile on anyone's face if they are looking for a cheap drink. Beer drinkers aren't left out with half off on the draft beers as well. As for the bottle beer drinkers, there's no discount and the price is a bit steep for bottles so that is a bit of a downer. The lack of food specials is no fun as well, but the menu is all very reasonable. I've only been to the Myrtle Beach location, but the Happy Hour remains the same at both North Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. Carrabba's Italian Grill is probably you're best bet on the Grand Strand if your looking for a familiar Italian chain.
