Little River does not see a lot of turnaround in new bars and restaurants so I am always interested to check out a new place when it does open up. The owners of what used to be Fibbers on the Water have moved into the location that used to be The Beach and have created Carbone's Steak & Seafood Restaurant. The space has a restaurant feel to it although it still its extended bar area right as soon as you walk in. The drink specials are minimal for now on beer, but house martinis come in at a great price of $5. The main highlight for Carbone's is the food and the Happy Hour food menu. You are not just getting the basic apps at a discount here as you can get things such as a pub burger, flatbreads, and meatballs marinara at an extremely fair price. Carbone's is a very strong new addition to the Little River area as it provides a really good new restaurant with a solid Happy Hour to back it up.
