I was really interested to see what would happen with the new Calli Baker's Firehouse because I had been to the old location a few times before and it was an big time locals bar. The new location is right in front of the Colonial Mall at the old Caddyshack location that can't seem to find a permanent resident. Calli Baker's seems like it is going to change that trend as the place is usually jam packed every time I go by it. The bar area is separated from the restaurant area which I have always liked since you don't feel like you're crammed in with a bunch of families and other diners. The menu is pretty big and all of the food I have ever had there is good. The prices are also fairly good on both the food and the alcohol. There are weekly drink specials which also add to its appeal. Personally, Calli Bakers is one of the closest Happy Hour spots to my house, so I will always be a fan, but it is well worth a try for anyone else.
