Things normally do go full circle in this town as one of my first 5 reviews was of Coconuts Bar located in the Forest Dunes Resort, well about a year later it closed down and there have been a few other things there in its place, but I finally got down there for the newest hotel bar called Buckets Bar & Grill. Buckets is a smaller sized bar and of course has its bigger crowds in the warmer months, but unlike so many other hotel bar, they attract a good number of locals as well including a group of the lifeguards in the area. The menu is nothing fairly big and comes at a good price considering that it is a hotel bar and all. The Happy Hour specials are 25% off on the already cheap apps and some low prices on PBR. While Buckets Bar & Grill isn't beachfront it will give you a great ocean view and is one of the cheaper hotel bars you'll find along the Grand Strand.
