Blarney Stone's has always been a favorite place of mine to go to whether it is Happy Hour or not. They have recently revamped the place with a fresh coat of paint and about 50 extra TVs located all around the main bar. Blarneys usually doesn't pick up until later in the evening, but there are some ok deals during Happy Hour than you could get. The 30 cent wings are a real good price, but not too much of a discount on the other food items. The martini bar upstairs has been redone so now you can overlook the whole bar. They also have $3 martinis up there until 8 any day of the week. Blarney Stones is going to be a solid option for anyone as they have a little bit to offer anyone so it is worth peeking in anytime you're at Broadway At The Beach.
