I had been there before during the spring and summer and this place is always packed be it during the day or night time. Being located on Ocean Blvd will always help matters of course. I happened to go in and get my review in February and last call was at 7:30 pm, so obviously it isn't going to be the best place to go in the off season. The Happy Hour is a work in progress as a few things may be changing soon, but in the meantime they only have specials on domestic and house liquor. The Beach House serves its purpose as a primo spot to sit outside and watch the boulevard when it is nice and sunny and hopefully things will pick up in the offseason and Happy Hours as well.
